Mi5 approach Sinn Féin Poblachtach Fermanagh Cumann member

Yesterday not even 24 hours since the raids on properties in Fermanagh and Tyrone by the Crown forces who were targeting members of Sinn Féin Poblachtach they have come back today in a more sinister way.

One of our members in Fermanagh who had his house searched and had his phone seized, contacted his local cumann through a friends phone to inform them that an approach was made to his property today by individuals who opened his letterbox and put in a new phone and credit.

The cumann member did not activate the phone and destroyed it and the credit.

Sinn Féin Poblachtach see this as just another failed attempt by the British Crown Forces to lure people into the dark world of informing. We commend the brave actions of the young Fermanagh cumann member for bringing this to our attention and highlighting the very sinister world of British military intelligence here in Ireland
